History
Chiles Funeral Home, Inc. benefits from a long and rich tradition dating back to 1933 and was established by O.P. Chiles, Sr. As the second generation of my family in the funeral service business, I often find myself reflecting back to the time when my father was involved in funeral service. And when I do, I see that his commitment was to provide quality service at a fair price.
In 1958, the funeral home was moved from West Marshall Street to 2100 Fairmount Avenue due to the government expansion of the existing building with an additional chapel/visitation area and larger room facilities.
The Chiles family has been in the funeral service for over 65 years. This is a heritage I do not take lightly, because funeral service is more than just a business, it is a business of serving families one at a time.
In today's world of large corporations and ever increasing prices, I am proud that Chiles Funeral Home has been able to serve our families not just with high quality service, but also with the guaranteed best price.
You have our word that we will continue to work faithfully to uphold the family heritage that has served our client families so well. |
