Louise ''Peaches'' Wyatt Hunt of Richmond, VA died on Tuesday, November 25, 2003 at the VCU-MCV Hospitlas. She was very well loved and is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Doris ''Jean'' Spragley of Woodbrigde, VA; loving and devoted son, Rosyn Spragley(Delores); two step-children, Angelique and Ernest Hunt, Jr.; seven grandaughters, loving and devoted Shamia Spragley, her beloves Shanae Spragley, Michelle White, Angie Artis, Nakia Spragley, Keunte Spragley, and Renada Redd; four grand-sons, supportive David Spragley, Sr.(Gladgenia), supportive Sean Spragley, Sr., Michael Spragley, and Marvin Spragley; 27 great-grandchildren among them, her beloved Monet Coleman, Marchae Lynch, and Sean Spragley, Jr.; three nieces, devoted Gisele Friend of Manassas, VA, devoted Kimberly Ashton of Alexandria, VA, and Vernee Ricks; five nephews, Randy Wyatt, Rodney Wyatt, David, Jr.(Doris), David Johnson(Ursula), and Michael Holt; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, among them, Monique Friend of Manassas, VA and Steven Diggs, Jr. of Raleigh, NC who she affectionally called ''Peanut''; one great-great niece and one great-great nephew; very devoted and supportive sister, Rev. Dr. Doris Ashton of Alexandria, VA; and aunt Virginia Wyatt whom she loved dearly; and very devoted and cherished brother-in-law, Rev. James P. Ashton of Alexandria, VA; sister-in-law, Theresa Wyatt; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends, including devoted Delzell Redd, Irene Shelton, Vicky Maddox, Denise Stroter, Lillie Jones, and devoted and long time companion Zebedie Williams. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lorlethia ''LoLo'' Shannon; son Jeff ''Greedy Bill'' Spragley, Jr.; and her brother, David ''Sugar'' Wyatt, Sr. Mrs. Hunt retired from Media General in Richmond, VA in 1991, she worked in the Buildings and Properties Dept. She was a very compassionate and caring woman. She always wanted to lend a helping hand to everyone whether you were family or not. She loved her church and she loved her family! Anybody who knew her, knew that she loved to talk! She was a friend to all! The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 P.M. on Monday, December 1, 2003, at Chiles Funeral Home, 2100 Fairmount Ave. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. from Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1920 Fairmount Ave, Dr. Victor L. Davis, pastor. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to please assemble at the church at 10:45 A.M. Remains will rest in state one hour prior to services.
